==Eligibility==
*A minimum of 15 members is required to form and register a youth club.
*Youth Club must have been in existence for at least 1 month
*Youth Clubs must have had 3 consecutive meetings with Minutes of the meeting recorded.
*More than 2/3 of the members must be youths between the ages of 15-34; those that are beyond the age limit can act as youth advisors of the club.
*Office Bearers must be youths between the ages of 15-34.
*Youth Clubs must have a signed constitution; a draft is attached in Annex 5.
*The number of youth clubs in close proximity.

==Validity==
The Youth Group Registration is valid for 2 years. After that you have renew the registration.

*The Youth Group must be situated within the boundaries of County catchment area.
*The Youth Group must have youth work agenda to support the community as its primary focus.
*The Youth Group must be a voluntary one and all participation must be of a voluntary nature.
*The Youth Group must provide a range of programmes of are creational and educational nature on a regular basis.
*The Youth Group should have at least two voluntary adult youth leaders working with a maximum of ten members and a minimum ratio of at least 1 to 10 with additional numbers of young people.
*The Youth Group should have a voluntary management committee.
*The Youth Group must have a bank account in their own name.
*Records such as income and expenditure, accounts, petty cash, minutes, correspondence and a register of members must be kept.
*The records must be available to all members on request.
*The Youth Group must have Child Protection Procedures.
*The Youth Group should have a safety statement (where the group owns the offices).
*At all times the Youth Work Group must carry out its activities in a safe and responsible manner.
*The Youth Work Group must agree to the district regulations.

To start any activity legally in Fiji, the group must be registered with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

*Members are to be from the same area and not living in any other area rather than the area where the club will be based.
*Aims and objectives of the youth club are clearly defined.
*Information supplied in the forms is to be totally genuine.
*Registration forms are to be endorsed by the Turaga ni koro/ District rep or officer accompanied by minutes of the meeting.
*Fully completed forms should be endorsed by Turaga ni Koro or District Officer or his representative depending on the composition of the Youth Club [village/settlement or urban based].
*Endorsed forms are to be returned to the Divisional Youth Officer for further assessment and necessary action.
