#Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
#The application form should be filled with necessary details, and along with the required documents it should be sent via post to the Chief Executive Officer of MSAF Fiji.
#The CEO will verify the application, and all the documents will be review and inspected by the MSAF authorities too.
#After complete verification, the applicant will be issued with the Under Water Surveyor status.
#The fee structure for the Under Water Surveyor application is are given below in the “Fees” section of this page.

==Eligibility==
*To apply for Under Water Surveyor status, the applicant must meet certain eligibility requirements such as:
*Applicant must have PADI Dive master license.
*At least a Master Engineer Class 6 Full license.
*Also, they should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an underwater diver.

*The fee details for the Under Water Surveyor application are:
*Application Fee - $59.25 (VIP)
*Assessment Fee - $169.00 (VIP)
*Issuance Fee - $59.25 (VIP)

The validity of the Under Water Surveyor Status will be mentioned in the approval notice Issued to the applicant.
