*In case of the applicant being a limited liability Company Registration Certificate and Memorandum and Articles of Association to be provided.
*Certificate of Fitness. (If applicable)

*To apply for the Road Permit CL, the applicant must own a Carrier Vehicle.
*The Road Permit is a compulsory procedure, driving a vehicle without the road permit is illegal in Fiji.
