*Completely filled Citizenship Application Form.
*Filled Oath/Affirmation of Allegiance Form - signed and stamped by a Solicitor or Barrister.
*Police Clearance Certificate from the country of residence.
*Local police report [for applicant residing in Fiji for 12 months or more]
*Deed of poll. (change of name)
*Completed Certificate B. (provided at immigration office)

*Former Fiji citizens who have become naturalised citizens of another country is eligible to apply for Fiji Dual citizenship.
*Any other individuals who hold one or more countries Citizenship are also eligible to apply for Fiji Dual Citizenship.
