To get the Arm’s license, the applicant must, 
*Pass the practical and written exam approved by the Police commissioner.
*Have competent knowledge to handle, use, store, assemble, disassemble, clean, repair, tests, or proves any arms or ammunitions.
*Be a natural person. 
 
After getting the license approved,
*The license holder must carry the license whenever carrying the arms with them.
*The photograph of the license holder must be attached to the arms.
