#There the applicant will be issued with application for renewal of coffee Roasters licence from the authority.
#Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
#Applicant must make sure to carry documents that are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
#Submit the completed application form and pay the required application fee of and submit the receipt as proof of payment.
#This is followed by an inspection of applicants by the Board field Officers
#The Board field officers will inspect the application, make recommendations on the application and forward their report forwarded to Board’s Headquarters for the ultimate Board approval.
#Upon a successful of license, the Applicant is notified and he/she will be required to pay the respective license fee of to the board and submit the receipt as proof of payment.
#Once the renewal processing is done, the coffee Roasters License is issued to the applicant by the Managing Director.

*Identification Cards/ Passport and PIN Number of the applicant
*A certified copy of certificate of incorporation/registration;
*A certified copy of memorandum and articles of association/ constitution
*Copy of title deed or certificate of leasehold as proof of ownership land or proprietorship and a current certificate of search or other supporting documents.
*Names and address of Directors.
*Proof of Reliable source of clean water
*Any other requirements that may be prescribed by the Authority from time to time Nursery Certificate in Ethiopia

Any cooperative society, person, group or company holding Coffee roasters license are eligible for renew their license after expiry or before 1week or month of expiry.
