#Board of Directors of the NGO, must gather together to carry out a meeting and take a few minutes for dissolving the organization.
#NGO must provide an official announcement in any local newspapers for the public to know that their organization is going to be dissolute.
#Applicant must enter all necessary information in the application form.
#Applicant should state a valid reason for dissolution of the organization.
#Applicant should make sure to carry photocopies and originals of all documents that are needed for completing the procedure.
#Documents that are needed for this procedure are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page.
#Fee for this procedure has to be paid as instructed by concerned authorities.
#If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, dissolution document will be provided within 90 days.
