#Please go to the office and consult with the “District Employment Officer” / designated authority for applying Complaint about Government Services procedure.
#The applicant must write an application on a blank paper, stating the facts relating to the complaint as to when and where it happened.

#During the date of hearing, the parties or their agents must appear before the Chief Commissioner on that date.
#If the complainant/agent fails to appear before the Chief Commissioner on such dates, the authority in his discretion may either reject the complaint or decide it on merits.
#If the opposite party/ agent fails to appear before the Chief Commissioner on the given date, the authority may take necessary action under section under the Act.
#The Chief Commissioner is authorised to dispose of the complaint ex parte, if necessary at any period.
#The Chief Commissioner may also, at any stage of the proceedings, suspend the hearing of the complaint.
#The complaint shall be resolved within a particular period from the date of notice obtained by the opposite party. The time required for the process is maybe 3 months.
