==Procedure==
 This procedure explains various ways to Obtain Motor Vehicle Clearance Certificate in Dasmarinas. 
#Apply for the procedure at Motor Vehicle Clearance Division (MVCD), Monday to Friday from 8:00 in the morning till 5:00 in the afternoon (no noon break) . Do not forget to bring all the required documents.
#Go to the Receiving section, approach the Action Officer and ask for a MVCD Form 1.
#Submit the completed form along with all the required documents. The officer will check all submitted documents and will issues order of payment for Land Bank of the Dasmarinas (LBP).
#Go to LBP and pay the necessary fees.
#After paying you will need to go back to the Receiving Section of the HPG and get a copy of action slip and claim stub.
#Go to the Motor Vehicle Inspection Section:
##Vehicle Inspector: Physical inspection of motor vehicle
##Crime Laboratory Service Technician: Macro-etching examination of motor vehicle's engine and chassis numbers
#You must return to the office the following day for the following:
##Processing officer: Initial processing of application documents
##Verifier: Records verification
##Encoder: Encoding and printing of clearance certificate
##Processing Officer: Go back for counterchecking of printed clearance certificate
##Processing and clearance officer: Final processing and signature
##Processing clerk: Sorting and stamping of printed clearance certificate
##Releasing officer: Record release of clearance certificate

#TIN of the vendor and vendee

Change engine/chassis:

#Original affidavit of change engine/chassis (duly notarized and to be executed by the owner and mechanic)
#Original deed of sale of the engine/chassis (if engine/chassis was acquired from a private person or company/corporation)

Change color:

#Original affidavit of change of color (duly notarized and to be executed/signed by the owner and painter)
