*If a foreigner holds a residence permit in form of a biometric card (ePKP), he or she will be issued a new biometric passport and has to come in person in order for his/her biometric data to be collected. <br />
*If a foreign national reports the change at an MOI office that does not have technical facilities to collect biometric data, he or she will be asked to provide his/her biometric data at a different office. It is recommended that the foreign national make an appointment at the relevant office as soon as possible.<br />
*If a foreign national is prevented from reporting the change within the legally required period due to reasons outside of his or her control, he/she must report the change within 3 working days of these reasons ending. The foreign national must prove these reasons.
