#The completed application form accompanied by all the supporting documentation as listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page should be submitted to the District or Sub-District Council Office nearest to where the land is located.
#Upon receipt of the application, the receiving officers will check for discrepancies or ineligibility in the application documents. If a discrepancy that cannot be immediately corrected exists in any of the documents, the application and all the submitted documents will be returned to the applicant and should not be re-submitted until the discrepancy has been rectified.
#No fee is associated with the service unless there is the desire to convert to a common-law lease whereat the costs are outlined under conversions.
#The District or Sub-District Council office may request additional information relevant to the application. In such a case, the information must be submitted within the stipulated time from the date of notification. Where the applicant fails to submit the required information, the application shall be rejected.
#After the document evaluation phase has been completed satisfactorily which is in one (1) month, the District or Sub-District Council office shall prepare the approval letter to be collected by the applicant.
