#The completed form attached to the supporting documentation as listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page should be submitted to the BHPC office for consideration.
#On submission of the application file, the Ministry office will check for discrepancies or ineligibility in the application documents. If a discrepancy that cannot be immediately corrected exists in any of the documents, the application and all the submitted documents will be returned to the applicant and should not be re-submitted until the discrepancy has been rectified.
#If the receving officer is satisfied that all the requirements have been met for the application for the license, the applicant is advised to pay the prescribed license fee as per the authority preferable mode of payment.
#The application will only be registered for processing and consideration only upon making payment of the applicable fee, the applicant is then issued with an payment receipt and an acknowledgement slip as proof of submission of the application a for inquiry referencing if the need arises.
#After the successful screening of the submitted documents, a notice of the decision (Approval, Deferral, or Rejection) for the application will be communicated to the applicant by phone or mail.
#Proceed to the Ministry license office and present the acknowledgment letter and identity document and proof of payment of the license fee to be validated by the licensing office.
