All citizens who meet the following criteria qualify for the service:
*Minimum of three years of practical experience in the trade to be tested.
*Approved two years training conducted in industry or in a training institution approved by the Director of Apprenticeship and Industrial Training.

==Fees==
Please contact the MADIRELO TRAINING & TESTING CENTRE (MTTC) on the payment process
*Applicants must pay BWP40.00 for practical examination and BWP15.00 for the theory examination.

Trade Test C assists with citizens of Botswana who would like to upgrade their skills through vocational training. After passing Trade Test C, applicants may progress to take Trade Test B. After the successful completion of Trade Test B, the applicant will be qualified to apply for apprenticeship training, which will help the applicant find jobs in the trade.

Trade Test C assists with citizens of Botswana who would like to upgrade their skills through vocational training with the MADIRELO TRAINING & TESTING CENTRE (MTTC).

*If the applicant passed both parts, they will receive a grade ''C'' (T+P) certificate
*If the applicant passed the practical test but failed the theory test, they will either receive a practical competency certificate – grade ''C'' (P) or be invited to attend skills upgrading courses in each subject not successfully completed
*At the end of the skills upgrading courses, they will be re-tested in the subjects and be issued a grade “C” (T) certificate if successful.
