CAAB may issue an Export Certificate of Airworthiness when satisfied that the product conforms to the standards prescribed in Regulation 14 of CIVIL AVIATION (AIRWORTHINESS) REGULATIONS, 2012.<br />

The applicant for the issue of an Export Certificate of Airworthiness shall be the owner or authorized by the owner, and shall provide satisfactory evidence that the product conforms to a type design applicable to the State of Import and any other requirements set out in AAC 008.<br />
