#Births should be registered with DCRC within 30 days from the time the child was born. In the event of failure to comply with the above timeline, parent(s)/guardian(s) will have to report in person to the DCRC HQ for registration.<br />

#A consent letter from the Head of Household must be obtained first by the applicant, if he/she is not the child's parent.<br />
