==Procedure==
An applicant for a Driving Instructor License must:
*proceed to the nearest office in the applicant's location. For the list of where you can go, please see the 'Office Locations and Contacts' section in this page.
*come in person;
*possess an educational qualification of a minimum of a Graduate from a Vocational/Technical Institute and produce original academic certificate as proof;
*have had a driving experience for at least a minimum period of five years and pass driving skills, have knowledge about traffic rules and be able to communicate knowledge on driving effectively by producing a certificate issued by the Authority;
*fill in the application form;
*pay fees as prescribed
