#Obtain the Notice for Intended Marriage- “Form A” through the Government of Bermuda website: [https://www.gov.bm/ website] or Download it via this link:[https://www.gov.bm/sites/default/files/Notice%20of%20Intended%20%20Marriage%20-%20Form%20A.pdf Form]&lt;br /&gt;
#Fill the form and attach any document that proves you are free to marry then submit it to the Registry general. &lt;br /&gt;
#:NOTE:The &amp;quot;Notice of Intended Marriage&amp;quot; form, or other form of written consent, can be signed in the presence of a staff member at the Registry General, or in the presence of a Notary Public&lt;br /&gt;
#Pay the required application fee &lt;br /&gt;
#The registry general will verify your application and then publish a notice in the official gazette twice and  after a 15 day waiting period, the Registry General will issue a Marriage Licence to you and your intended spouse (the licence will be valid for three months from the date of issue)&lt;br /&gt;
#Submit the marriage license to the registered marriage office before the wedding takes Place and If you are getting married at the Registry General in a civil marriage ceremony, the Registrar&amp;#039;s Certificate will remain in the Registry General until the day of marriage&lt;br /&gt;
#On the date of marriage, the marriage ceremony will take place which may be either religious ceremonies performed by a registered Marriage Officers or civil ceremonies officiated by the Registrar General at the Registry General Office&lt;br /&gt;
#After the marriage ceremony, the Marriage Officer will submit to the Registrar General, within 7 days, a &amp;quot;Particulars of Marriage (Form F)&amp;quot; that includes all necessary details to register the marriage and for civil marriage ceremonies the &amp;quot;Particulars of Marriage (Form F)&amp;quot; is retained at the Registry General after the marriage ceremony has been performed.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once the Registry General has received the Particular of marriage, will be issue your Marriage Certificate within ten days of receipt of the Particulars of Marriage - Form F.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Marriages performed on-board a ship&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
*Couples may also choose to have a civil ceremony performed on board a ship, and is registered with the Bermuda Registry of Shipping.&lt;br /&gt;
*After the marriage ceremony, details are forwarded to the Registry General and will then be entered into the Register of Maritime Marriages.&lt;br /&gt;

*Marriages: On weekdays marriages are conducted at the Registry General Monday to Friday, between the hours of 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. On weekends marriages are conducted at the Registry General on Saturdays only, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 12 Noon.&lt;br /&gt;
==Eligibility==&lt;br /&gt;
*Persons wishing to be married should be 18 years of age at the time of the ceremony.&lt;br /&gt;
*Individuals who wish to be married and have reached the age of 16 but are under the age of 18 may be allowed to get married, only with the written consent of the parent(s) or lawfully appointed guardian(s).&lt;br /&gt;

*Marriage License: $353.00&lt;br /&gt;
*Marriage Certificate: $65.00&lt;br /&gt;
In the case of a refund, $65.00 is refundable for an unissued certificate, and if publications have not been made, $84.00 is refundable for each official gazette publication. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
*Special Marriage license Application Fee:  $35.00&lt;br /&gt;
*Special Marriage license:  $715.00&lt;br /&gt;
*Special Marriage Certificate: $40.00&lt;br /&gt;
*Marriage Ceremony at the Registry General:  $260.00&lt;br /&gt;
