*Application forms for stage carriage (bus, minibus) and contract carriage on routes under one or more departments running on inter-district routes must be submitted to BRTA Head Office, Ellenbari, Tejgaon, Dhaka along with necessary documents.
*Application for stage carriage (bus, minibus) and contract carriage on the same divisional route operating on inter-district route must be submitted by the concerned divisional commissioner to the divisional office of BRTA for issue/renewal.
*Stage carriage, contract carriage and general transport/private transport (freight trucks, vans, tankers, etc.) moving between two districts are issued by the Regional Transport Committee (RTC) of the concerned area. It has to be submitted to the concerned circle office.
