#After filling in all the details submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Division of Youth.
#The applicant from Family Island Youth Bands must submit the Form to the Family Island administrator/Island coordinator.
#After that, the Division of Youth will acknowledge receipt of the Youth Band Grant application in writing.
#The division will examine the application to ensure that the applicant meets the requirements set forth in the Youth Grant Policy.
#A meeting with a ministry representative to discuss the application and the organization's goals may be required for new youth bands.
#Applicant will be notified in writing of their acceptance or denial.
#When the grant is granted, the applicant must present picture identification to the Division of Youth to collect the cheque.

*For a term of not less than one year, the band must be registered with the Ministry of Youth, Sports, and Culture.
*All registration and reporting data must be accurate and current.
*Support and participation in national meetings, training, activities, and celebrations, including the Ministry's National Youth Month, demonstrated an active cooperation with the Ministry.
*For the current year, you must not have received a grant.
*The age category as established by the Ministry's mission must be met.
