==Procedure==
#Submit a completed application form along with all other required documents and proof that all applicable fees were paid.
#The Licensing Officer will check the documents submitted, once verified the applicant will be allowed to take the theory test about traffic rules.
#After passing the theory test and other required test, the learner's license will be issued.
#The learner's license/permit will allow to practice driving (supervised), and if you think you are ready to take the practical exam you may start making arrangements to take the said test.

*medical certificate in the form approved by certain executive body of the Republic of Azerbaijan; and
*proof that the driving license fee has been paid.

==Instructions==
Driving licenses issued in the Republic of Azerbaijan include the following:
*Motorcycle, automobile, tram and trolleybus;
*Tractor and other motor vehicles.

Unexpired driving licenses issued by authoritative bodies of foreign countries based on the international standards are valid in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Individuals applying for a driving license are required to:
*get training on the preparation of drivers of certain category motor vehicles for the period purported in education plans and programs;
*take a theory test on traffic rules, and practice test on skills of vehicle driving; and
*pay fee in the sum specified by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

*date and place of birth of owner;
*place of residence of owner;
*name of body issued driving license;
*date and place of issuance of driving license;
*date of expiration of driving license;
*driving license number;
*signature of official, stamp or seal of body who issued the driving license;
*blood type and signature of owner;
