The Revenue Department of the respective state is the concerned department for the issuance of the agricultural income certificate. The thasildhar / designated authority are the competent authority to sanction the certificate.

#To apply for the agricultural income certificate, the applicant has to approach the concerned Circle Officer’s office of the respective area revenue department / thasildhar office whichever is applicable to apply.

#Collect the application form or write on a plain A4 sheet as advised.

#Complete the application form. Attach the entire required document as per our “required document” section and submit it to the designated authority.
#Authorities after checking the attached documents and submitted application will make entries and provide you record number for reference.
#This application will be processed internally. The concerned circle officer / Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and Revenue Inspector (RI) will do the ground level verification followed by scrutiny of the documents and other details provided by the applicant.
#Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective superior authority to decide the issue of Certificate to the applicant.
#The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.
#If approved, the certificate will be hand delivered or sent through post to the address mentioned while applying or issued as per applicable norms.
