A subdivided patta landowner shall apply for the subdivision patta approval with the respective mandal office / tahsildar office within their jurisdiction where the property is situated.

#The surveyor will process the details and make required markings on the master map of land registry of that area.
#Once the above steps are completed, a printout of the extract from the town survey land register will be sent to the respective sanctioning department.
#Concerned sanctioning authority will approve the extract with seal and signature as per the format applicable.
