#Under “How are you applying” click on the “Paper” option.&lt;br /&gt;
#Click on the application link under the “Documents to Use” section of this page. (The applicant will need to update their pdf viewer to view the application form).&lt;br /&gt;

#Fill in the application form with all the relevant details.&lt;br /&gt;
#Pay the fee (Fees can only be paid in the online mode).&lt;br /&gt;
#The link for the online fee payment can be found under the “Fees to be paid” section of this page.&lt;br /&gt;
#For those residing in Canada, the address where the application needs to be submitted can be found under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once submitted, the application will be forwarded for processing.&lt;br /&gt;
#It will take 15 months to process the certificate.&lt;br /&gt;

#Enter a quantity for the option/s that apply, and click on “Submit”.&lt;br /&gt;
#Select the “I am not a robot” option.&lt;br /&gt;
#Click on “Login and pay”, the applicant will have to log in using their credentials, if the applicant is a new user follow these steps to create an account:&lt;br /&gt;
#*Click on the “Register” option.&lt;br /&gt;
#*The applicant can opt to create an account using GCKey or a sign-in partner, choose the one that applies.&lt;br /&gt;
#*Enter details such as name and other information.&lt;br /&gt;
#*Click on “Submit”.&lt;br /&gt;
#*A link will be sent to the registered email ID, click on the link to verify the account.&lt;br /&gt;
#*Once the account has been verified, the applicant will need to go back to the login page and log in to their account.&lt;br /&gt;
#Pay using a credit or prepaid card, enter card details and pay.&lt;br /&gt;
