*Business plan for at least 5 years
*Trade Register Certificate (For Companies) indicating activities to be performed
*Non clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board
*For Cooperative, attach notified Statute and official gazette 
*Copies of medical insurances for employees
*Certificate of registration to Rwanda Social Security Board for newly registered companies
*Proof of payment of application fee of 5,000 Rwf on the account No 130-10-54998 of RURA opened in COGEBANK
