Editing Malta - Change Vehicle License Plates (Personalised or NonPersonalised)

==Procedure==
#Go to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Unit between 07:30 and 12:00.
#Bring with you the vehicle's registration certificate, road licence, registration plates and your identity card. 
#You will be asked to fill VEH 06 Form stating the size and preference of the new plates. A link is provided under 'Documents to Use' to download the form.
#The new plates together with a new Vehicle Registration Certificate and Road Licence will be issued. The returned plates may be issued again on another vehicle provided same is registered on the name of the registered owner/company.
