Apply by Post

1. To apply by post the applicant has to download the application form and after completing it should be posted to the Patents Office.

2. Application fees should be made with in a month from the date of filling the application form. Payment for the filling of the application form can be made in the following ways that are provided under the link : Method of Payments

1. To apply in-person the applicant has to contact the patent office or can be approached through the registered agents.
